Unlike other sellers, private signers and comic cons, EVREY ITEM in our private signing collections comes with a 6x4 photo of your exact item being signed. In some cases a short video clip can be provided of the signing (note: details will be listed in the item description, if this is available). Video's are subject to our agreement with our clients and their representatives. Video will only be available if listed.
None of the logos or watermarks will appear on your signed item. All "proofs" will bear our logo as well as the images in which the celebrities have signed where they are seated in front of our branded banner. We are proud of our brand and we do not offer the option of unbranded "proofs".
Right now we only offer the items listed for sale however, in the near future, we plan to take pre orders and will accept send in items. Subscribe or keep an eye on our site for details.
Yes! All postage and packaging for items inside the UK (inc N. Ireland) are absolutely free. We send items by recorded second class post. Tracking details are available on request.

No, we do not offer discounts unless items are listed on "sale".
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
Item Variance:
When items are signed our celebrities sign multiple versions of the same item. Any item you purchase may have slight variations in the autograph, personalisation or character name (where applicable) to those pictured on the site. There may also be some slight variance to colour and quality depending on your screens settings.
Every care has been made to ensure that items signed are constant and true to how they have been scanned/pictured.
Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.
Payment:
We accept payment by accept PayPal and safe online payments on our site that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s. Note: you can also purchase items through our eBay store.
Packaging:
We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. All items are sent in a hard backed envelope and secured in a waterproof top loader. Higher value items (£100+) will be sent with additional protection if needed. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
For UK mainland deliveries, postage, packaging and handling is included in the cost of purchase. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent second class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email us for a quote BEFORE placing your order. We reserve the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Should an incorrect delivery occur due to incorrect postage details being provided by the buyer and the item can not be recovered then we will not be held accountable for a refund.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email us for a quote BEFORE placing your order. We reserve the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us and return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
